On-site or video viewing in two clicks

Until now, to see a property you had to call or write and wait for the broker to suggest a time. Now every property page has a «Book a viewing» button. Choose the format — on site or a video viewing via WhatsApp or Viber — and then a free time slot. The slots come from the real schedule of the broker responsible for the property, not from a generic contact form.

• You only leave your name, phone number and how you prefer to be contacted: WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or a call.
• The request goes directly to the property’s broker, who confirms the time within 2 working hours.
• It is a request, not a reservation: if the time does not work, the broker will suggest another one.

Live video viewing — if you are abroad

Many of our clients buy from Germany, the UK and other countries. The video viewing is free: the broker is at the property and shows you in real time whatever you want to see — the view, the condition of the walls, the garden, the street. You can ask questions on the spot. Before a video viewing we check the title deed, and the full legal check of the property is done before the deposit.

What the mortgage payment would be

Under the price of flats and houses you will see an estimated monthly payment: 20% down payment, a 25-year term and an interest rate of about 2.4% — close to the average for new housing loans in Bulgaria according to the Bulgarian National Bank. One tap opens the calculator with the property price already filled in, so you can change the down payment, term and rate and see what income is needed.

Total purchase cost — no surprises at the notary

The listed price is not the final amount you pay. That is why every property page has a «Total purchase cost» breakdown: local transfer tax, the notary fee by the official tariff, registration with the Registry Agency and our fee — with a final total. Watch the price — without messaging anyone

Like a property but find the price a bit high? Press «Watch the price» and leave your name and phone number. You will be the first to know if the seller lowers the price, and the broker may call you to understand exactly what you are looking for and suggest similar properties.

The property’s broker and reference number — in plain sight

• Every page shows which broker is responsible for the property: name, photo, specialisation and direct phone number.
• The property reference number (Ref. No.) is shown prominently — quote it on the phone and the broker will know right away which property you mean.
• The price per square metre is calculated right next to the price, so comparing is easy.
• Reviews of the agency come from Google — 5.0 stars, with a link to our public Google Maps listing.

Search questionnaire — if you have not found your property yet

If no listing has convinced you yet, fill in a short buyer questionnaire: 3–5 minutes about what you are looking for, where and with what budget. A broker will send you matching options within the working day, and new properties that fit your search will come automatically. The questionnaire is available in four languages and you can finish it later using the same link.

Questions and answers

Does a viewing request commit me to anything?

No. It is a request, not a reservation. The broker calls you to confirm the time, and only then is the viewing arranged.

How much does a video viewing cost?

The video viewing is free. It takes place live via WhatsApp or Viber, and on request the broker can also record a video.

Is the mortgage payment on the page exact?

It is an estimate for a first impression. The exact terms are set by the bank based on your income. You can check them free of charge through our partner, a mortgage consultant.

When will the broker call me?

Within 2 working hours of your request. Working hours are Monday to Saturday.

In which languages is the page available?
