In short
From 2011 to 2019 the VOTCHINA real estate agency presented Black Sea properties at exhibitions in St Petersburg, Moscow, Kyiv and Odesa and held dozens of seminars together with coastal developers — 22 seminars in 21 cities in 2016 alone. Here you will find the diplomas, seminar videos, radio ads and our publications from those years.

These are participation diplomas, not awards. They show something else: that for years we stood at the stand in person and answered buyers' questions face to face.

We were among the first to bring Black Sea developers to buyers — in the buyers' own cities. First with one developer, then with several leading companies from Varna, Sunny Beach, Sozopol and Pomorie. The programme was always the same: a market overview, the legal steps of buying, residence options, questions and answers, and an invitation to view properties in Bulgaria.
2014–2015: about 10 seminars a year together with the developer of the Sweet Homes complexes — Chișinău (31 May 2014, TRACOM hall), Kyiv (April 2015), Kryvyi Rih, Odesa and more. 2016: Construction Forum 2016 — 22 seminars in 21 cities in Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus from 1 April to 2 November, with 40–125 people per seminar (our figures from that year). 2017 was the last year of the seminars.
We no longer hold seminars in this format, but the principle has stayed: before buying, the client talks directly to us and, if needed, to the developer, and the viewing can also be a live video call.

After the seminars we invited buyers on group tours from Odesa — 5 days each: viewings on the southern and northern coast, consultations with an agent, a lawyer and a notary, and in the evenings Bulgarian food and folklore. In 2015–2016 we ran several such tours a year; four in 2016 alone.

We are used to answering buyers' questions in person — at the office, by phone or on a live video viewing.

We keep and show our old materials: if we wrote something back then, you can check it today.
